Chronic Pain

Chronic pain by nature is complex and unique to each individual. If you are experiencing chronic pain (more than 3 months of similar pain/symptoms), then needless to say that you are searching for ways to reduce or completely get rid of your particular symptoms.

What is Chronic Pain?

Chronic pain is pain that has persisted beyond the normal healing time of three months. You would expect that if you sustained an injury that in time it will heal itself, but unfortunately this is not always the case. Chronic pain often involves the nerves or nervous system which picks up pain signals and directs them to the brain even if the structure causing pain is not damaged.
Chronic pain is a beast of its own, but do not worry. Traditional therapists with no knowledge or experience with chronic pain will not be able to provide the correct strategy to reduce your pain. Our method is developed through experience and continuing success.

How are we different?

At WILL PHYSIOTHERAPY, we combine extensive knowledge into chronic pain management. What is more is that we work directly with GP’s, pain centres and other medical specialists to be able to provide a multidisciplinary approach to your pain. Our program for chronic pain will provide you with the empowerment to get on top of it before it gets on top of you.
